A comprehensive system to evaluate and quantify genomic libraries for next-generation sequencing

Purpose of equipment
The system consists of an instrument for studying gene expression analysis and SNP genotyping in samples and quantification of next-generation sequencing (NGS) libraries, and an instrument for quantification and fragment length assessment. The latter is crucial for the preparation and quality control of samples for NGS.

The system is located at the Clinical Institute of Special Laboratory Diagnostics. Researchers have access to it by prior arrangement with the person responsible for the equipment (Jernej Kovač). We provide support for the use and data analysis.
