Purpose of equipment
Growth chambers provide safe and optimal conditions for the cultivation of various organisms - plants, pests, as well as microorganisms including invasive alien and quarantine species. Growth chambers also enable research in plant genetics, pathogenicity tests, biotic plant protection experiments and the impact of abiotic factors on plant growth and development in the light of current research on climate change, such as drought and high temperatures.
