The expenses for laboratory work can be decreased using composite sample design. The research will be based on the mathematical formulation of the problem. We shall try to enlighten the theoretical background of the composite sample design by the means of probability theory, statistics, economics and data analysis. We will develop a mathematical model for the composite sample design, prepare the protocol for the preparation of composite sample and evaluate the proposed procedure on experimental data.
