Abstract
Project is based on the notion of the strategic mangement literature that the only source of sustainable competitive advantage is learning faster than competitors. The weakness of the Slovenian companies is in slow reactions to the envorenmental changes due to their inoptimalities of processes and structures that results in low efficiency levels efficiency. In our project based on the literature review we will define the dimesions of the construct of organizational learning that will enable the formulation of the empirical model.
