Abstract
The Improving the application of the presumption of iNNOCEnce when applying elecTronic evidence (INNOCENT) proposal focuses on procedural rights of persons suspected or accused of crime, in particular on the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty, and how it should be understood in context of applying electronic evidence.
