Abstract
The Goal of the proposed project is to establish a bibliography of German-Slovene translations which have been produced in the years 1848-1918. The mentioned bibliographical data will be at internet disposal. A paralell computer readable corpus of the mentioned written translation texts will be added to the primary corpus. The available linguistic data (both corpusses) will be analysed from the viewpoint of language history, token-frequences, translation theories as well as cognitive and socio-cultural influences of the linguistic and cognitive modells of the source (German) to the target (Slovene) language and culture.
