Abstract
This project deals with the influence of specific sport programmes on the health of selected groups of inhabitants. The significance of a regular and qualitative sports involvement of the employed adult population, seniors, paraplegics and addicts will be scientifically founded. The content of the experimental kinesiological transformation process will be suited to each group, while all will have the same measurement object - indicators of physical, psychical and social health. The effects of the experimental programmes will be analysed with suitable methodological procedures.
