Abstract
We will study mesophase behavior of different macromolecules, specifically DNA in electrolyte solutions at various external constraints. Also we will analyse short and long range interactions between macromolecules in systems such as DNA – cationic lipid bilayers, cytoskeleton proteins – lipid membrane and the interaction of apolipoprotein with itself in proteinous aggregates.
