Biography
I am born in Kazakhstan, and moved to Slovenia in 2010 as an Erasmus Mundus PhD student. I have Bachelor, MBA and PhD degree (defended in 2018, where I developed the Theory of Global Accreditation) and in parallel, Music College (Piano) and study in the Organ School (Ljubljana). I represented RK as a National Bologna expert (on the position of Head of the Center for Research and Development and Lecturer of Macroeconomics), based on my awards in Science: Fulbright Scholar, Oxford Researcher, and IPF Fellow. From 2020-2024 I was selected to represent Slovenia as an Bologna expert in DAAD/EU projects for the BHPR. I have also received 21 international music awards, and selected as a Global South Arts and Health Envoy. I represented Slovenia in EASE Global Summit competition in 2025 (Nov), and received the 1st award in Science and Arts out of 67 global projects.
