Abstract
Among the most important activities in the RTB Bor in the future, from aspects of ecology and ore exploitation, is building a Krivelj river tunnel and exploitation of the rich ore body "T" from the Bor pit. The aim of this project is to win the numerical methods for determination of real stress-deformation state of the rock massif around the Krivelj river tunnel, whose length is 2.400m, and it partially goes below flotation tailings. Second part of the project is related to the ore body "T", i.e. defining the stress-deformation condition around large underground stope, with cross-section of approximately 2200 m2, and volume of 80,000 m3. In both listed buildings, in their support system should be put proper equipment for monitoring changes in stress-deformation condition. These results should be used for improvement of numerical methods for stress-deformation analysis. Krivelj river tunnel’s task is to collect water from the old river bed. On the projected route will be performed researches for determination of engineering geological characteristics of the new tunnel route and physical-mechanical and deformation tests of rock from tunnel route. Second task of this project is monitoring introduction during exploitation of the ore body "T" in accepted mining method with open stope and with support of cavity. The stability of the entire production system shall be taken care of on this way and suggestions about ore exploitation shall be given.
