Inovation of Forensic Methods and their Application

The forensic methods inovation represents extremely extensive, ethicaly sensitive and nerrow professional work and is the aplication of methods of the basic and applied sciences in the fields of criminalistics, state and comercial sectors. The researches would include inovation of some forensic methods in the field of paints and painted materials, fibers, plastics and glass, narcotics and psyhoactive substances as the traces on the crime sceene. The application of those methods in accordanse with the current problems e.g. the application of methods for rapid identification and the efforts of legal and ethical way of how to take, settle and protect the data would be included as well. First of all, this is related to biometric methods of individuals identification according to their unchangable charracteristics. The inovation of forensic medicine methods would be inovated too and will include the methods for examination of the material from the sexual torts, suicides (motives, time, way), homocides (motives, time, way, ...), traffic accidents (the injury characteristics of drivers, passangers and pedestrians, time, place, alchocol and drugs effects). The new forensic methods will be applied on the cyber criminal by the inovation of the tools for digital forensics with the aim of supressing the high technology crime. The digital forensic represents the application of scientific methods in the aim of identification, collecting and analysing of the digital data.
