Abstract
The objective of this project is to develop domestic commercial software package PAK Multiphysics for solving the coupled multiphysical problems, up to the level of the leading world software for the multiphysical problems like ABAQUS, ADINA, ANSYS, COMSOL, NASTRAN etc. The developed software package will be present at domestic and international software market and will be successfully applied in solving the practical problems in industry, as well as in further research work and in teaching at technical faculties, both in Serbia and abroad. The developed software package will be accompanied by the instructions manual and a large number of produced detailed verification examples, which cover the most frequently used types of coupling of individual programming modules like: thermal-mechanical coupling, thermal-fluid-structure interaction, structure-pore pressure-fluid, fluid-mass and heat transfer, thermal-electrical coupling, electrical-structural coupling and other types of coupling. The PAK Multiphysics will be tested and verified on numerous test examples obtained from literature. The coupled modules of PAK Multiphysics will be applied for the project participants’ needs and for other potential customers in the country and around the world. Application of the software is predicted for solving practical problems in the following areas: process engineering, geomechanics, car manufacturing industry, railroad cars manufacturing industry and in other areas, as well.
