Purpose of equipment
Microplate reader enables measurement of absorbance, fluorescence and luminiscence and therefore it is suitable for studying processes at cellular as well as at molecular level (measurement of intracellular oxidation, metabolic activity, viability, enzyme activity, apoptosis, etc.)
