Biography
He obtained his BSc, MSc and PhD degrees from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana (UL), Slovenia. After developing a vibrating sample magnetometer at Jozef Stefan Institute, he joined the Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport, UL in 1997. His research interests are commonly related to the needs of contemporary maritime and coastal intelligent transport systems. For the benefit of archaeologists, they integrated sensors for the precise positioning of geophysical instruments. He is active in the fields of maritime awareness and hardening of the GNSS receivers. Recently he developed an interest in the detection with the use of software radio and for methods of getting sensors' fingerprint.
