Abstract
ntegrative connection of research projects in the field of technology of field plants and grassland, including plant protection pharmacy, plant breeding, seed production and variety identification for specific natural conditions. Scientific-research orientation will be compatible with the principles of integrative, respectively sustainable agronomy with economy of production bringing forward. On the basis of long-time static field experiments, which have already been conducted, the alternatives of soil cultivation and agrotechnical arrangements will be examined: balanced plant nutrition, variants of crop rotation, variety departmentalisation, field plants and grassland care. In the field of pasture and forage housing the orientation will be on preservation of agricultural land in mountain areas with pasturing of grassland. The influence of some weeds and their excretes on asserting of white clover will be observed. With all of these the important accent will be on: integrative care of field plants with investigation of pests and predators, provokers of diseases and patterns of protection against them. Examination of inter-specific relationships, based on knowledge of biotic diversity inside and between agrarian ecosystems, on model examples with intention to find possibilities for regulating inter-specific relationships for the purpose of alternative technologies, based on relationship laws between living organisms. The program will be also orientated in examination of bio-diversity in agrarian ecosystems, which is narrowing because of low economical effect of growing number of field plants and other agricultural plants. This is why there is a small assortment of genotypes of grown plants and pretty heterogenous structure of pathogens and herbivores, which are adapting to host plants all the time. Periodically also new organisms in our environment appear or consisting ones multiply over limits because of growing new varieties, climatic changes and changes of agricultural technology. The program includes permanent monitoring of disease provokers and pests, their bionomy, physiology, rases and patotypes and developing of environment friendly protection of cultivated plants, which includes pests prognosis with feromones and other traps. Informative system for plant protection, diagnostic and prognostic for economicaly important pests and molecular methods for examination, identification, characterisation and examination of resistance of rases and patotypes of micro-organisms, phytofags and antagonistic organisms on pharmaceutics agents will be developed. Intra and intro-specific relationships between organisms in mixed crops, specifically combinations with legumes, will be examined. Synthesis of scientific-examination hypothesis, which programs of deducing examinations is proceeding from, will be concretised in sustainable concept of agronomic technologies, adapted to our climatic and soil conditions, considering farm size and production economy. ntegrative connection of research projects in the field of technology of field plants and grassland, including plant protection pharmacy, plant breeding, seed production and variety identification for specific natural conditions.
