Abstract
We are studying the spread of important phythophagous nematodes in the apple orchards. We are trying to define the representation of specific trophic groups of nematodes and their portion in soil samples. Extracted nematod population are compared according to climatic conditions. From the ecological stand point we are trying to define the influence of different chemical substances, which are mostly used in apple production, on nematopopulation and population dynamics of the most important plant parasitic and saprophagous nematodes. Through that we will try to get an overview on fertility and regenerative capacity of specific soil.
