Abstract
The accurate and precise assessment of the action of insecticides imidacloprid, coumaphos and fluvalinate on the honey bee hypopharyngeal glands and royal jelly production will be conducted. The purpose of this project is: further development of method which already applied by the research group and the evaluation the effects of each insecticide on hypopharyngeal glands and their possible secretion. A method will be used to assess the effect on cellular level and possibility to find localised residues in glands of Apis mellifera carnica and in final product, royal jelly.
