Abstract
1.Results of the in vitro egg cell production indicate, that the method itself, oestrus seasons and the breed have the significant influence on the number of follicles. The same factors have no influence on egg cell quality and their fertilisation and gestation capacity. 2.The dynamic of the gonadoliberin (GnRH) receptor endocytosis after the agonist application as well as the role of arrestin and some kinases was investigated. Receptor internalisation is conducted by the process of loaded vesicles, but the dynamic itself is slower comparing the receptors with carboxile extention. 3. The influence of the thyroid hormones (T-3, T-4) on the development of the testicles in postnatal period was studied. Significant changes in the testis development start after the 12th week of the age. Between the 12th and the 14th week the Sertolli cells cease to develop and after that no AMH was detected. 4. In Slovene autochthonous Jezersko-Solchava breed of sheep circadian and circanual biorhythmic of T-3, T-4 and cortisol in barren, pregnant and in postpartum ewes was studied. Circadian and circanual rhythms of T-4 and cortisol were determined, the changes of T-3 concentration were unsignificant. 5. In lipizzaner foals 34 anatomic parameters on head, neck, trunk and extremities were followed during. Most of the parameters ceased to change after the 27th week of the age; the exceptions were the extend of the thorax and the the intercoxial width. 6. In perinatal miogenesis the presence of foetal, slow and fast myosin chains as well as the activity of ATP-ase in pig skeletal muscle fibres were investigated. Some other investigations are to be done for the determination of foetal and cardial myosine. 7. The herbicide Deherban A (2,4-diklorphenoxiocet acid ) was administered to 33 female and 32 males Wistar rats (11 and 110 mg/kg b. w.). Significant higher values of T-3 and T-4, were established in animals treated with 110 mg/mg b. w. comparing with the group of the controls and the animals treated with 11 mg/kg b. w. 8. Cytosol extracts of some dermatophyte and nondermatophyte fubgi were studied by SDS-PAGE ELISA and Western blotting. The cross reactivity among different fungi was determined. On the basis of enzymatic and enzyme inhibitory activity of the protein extracts, the difference among the dermatophytes and non- dermatophyte fungi was established.
