Description
Execution of scientific research and development projects in all fields of geodetical science: - Research and development in the field of creation and maintenance of geodetical evidences; - Basic researches in cartographic science, development of cartographic methods and technology; - Researches in the field of special maps, e.g. tactile maps; - Development of automated cartography, creation of cartographic data bases; - Research of geodetical basis for GIS, development of different ways to get this basis from the existing maps, photogrammetric survey or from terrain measurements; - Research of ways of the digital terrain models generation; - Researches of ortophotography in analogue and digital form for the purpose of using them in making and maintaining of maps and in geographic information systems; - Research of photogrammetric methods in archaeology, protection of cultural objects, civil engineering and geodesy; - Cooperation in education process at the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Ljubljana, seminars, education and training of young researchers.
